My company asked me to evaluate and suggest an online CRM solution in early 2005. I had some second thoughts about suggesting a “young” company like CLP, but stayed with the results of my evaluation and suggested you. I am very glad indeed. After several months using the product, here are a few observations:
- The software is very easy to use (one of my key evaluation points) and every bit as reliable as advertised
- The “tickets” that I have submitted were responded to very quickly. Of course, the overwhelming majority were "operator error" type problems.
- In your email the closing statement is "I am always here to help if you need anything." I take such statements, normally, as just marketing spin. My CLP account manager has put a new slant on my perceptions. Recently, and I must say this has been typical of his behavior ever since we signed on to CLP, I typed up two tickets, and before I closed CLP, my account manger was on the phone offering assistance. As in the past, he clarified the issues and resolved them in a few minutes. In my mind that's performance WAY beyond the call of duty.
